Where possible we have tried to indicate the availability for all products. Unfortunately due to the nature of our online business this is not a live status of current stock availability and, in some circumstances, products indicated as in stock may not be available from stock at the time of receipt of the order by us. We will endeavour to inform you of any difficulties as quickly as possible.

2. Restricted Items

Due to certain selling restrictions, some products are not for sale either outside the UK or outside the EEC. Where possible this information is provided on the Product Page.

3. Copyright and Ownership

4. Promotion Codes

Only one promotion code can be used against an order.

If the promotion code is not entered when submitting the order any applicable discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

The Lost Loft reserves the right to change or end the promotion at anytime without prior notice, and also reserves the right to change or remove any products normally available in a promotion at anytime without prior notice.

Promotion Codes cannot be used when placing an order via the telephone
